By installing, accessing, or using any of our Applications distributed via official mobile application stores (including the Google Play Store), you signify your acceptance of this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not install or use our Applications.
2. Information We Collect & Data Safety
Depending on the specific Application you use, we may collect or receive different types of information to ensure proper performance, analytics, and user experience:
- Device Identifiers & Technical Information: Automated collection of technical device attributes, including Android Advertising ID (AAID), IP address, device brand and model, operating system version, screen resolution, and network connection status. This data is processed to ensure hardware compatibility, prevent fraud, and optimize render rates.
- User-Submitted Information (Where Applicable): In applications requiring user account creation (such as EduSHAMIIT ERP or professional utility apps), we collect voluntarily provided data, including your name, email address, and mobile number. Casual mobile games do not require mandatory user registration or personal identification.
- Application Diagnostic Data: Crash telemetry, latency metrics, and Application Not Responding (ANR) reports gathered via automated performance tools to identify technical bugs and improve application stability.
- Transactional Data: Digital purchase records and transaction identifiers generated when completing in-app purchases or subscription upgrades. All payment transactions are processed through encrypted third-party payment gateways (e.g., Google Play Billing System). SHAMIIT does not access, store, or process raw credit card numbers or financial passwords.
3. Device Permissions & Rationale
Our Applications request runtime permissions strictly required to execute user-requested features. Permission requests are presented transparently at the time of feature invocation:
INTERNET&ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Enables cloud data synchronization, online multiplayer features, level downloading, and server communications.POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Allows optional delivery of application updates, game event alerts, or administrative notifications. Users may disable push notifications at any time within Android System Settings.BILLING: Facilitates secure in-app purchases and digital content unlocks executed through application store payment frameworks.CAMERA&STORAGE: Requested exclusively within specialized applications requiring image capture or file attachment capabilities (e.g., uploading crop photos in Kisan Mitra AI or administrative documents in EduSHAMIIT). These permissions are never requested in casual gaming applications.
4. Third-Party Service Providers & SDK Integrations
Our Applications may integrate Software Development Kits (SDKs) provided by vetted third-party service providers for infrastructure support, analytics, and advertising. These providers process information in accordance with their respective privacy policies:
- Google Play Services: Fundamental system APIs and authentication services (Google Privacy Policy).

6. User Rights, Account & Data Deletion Procedure
Users maintain full ownership rights over their personal data, including the right to request access, correction, or permanent erasure of their application account and associated personal records.

- Upon verification, SHAMIIT will permanently delete your user profile, personal data, and associated cloud records within 14 business days. A formal confirmation notice will be issued to your email upon execution.
7. Data Security & Storage Standards
We enforce robust administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard user data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmitted between mobile clients and our backend cloud servers is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS / TLS 1.3 protocols.
Personal data is retained only for the duration necessary to satisfy the operational purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by applicable Indian statutory retention laws.
8. Policy Modifications & Updates
SHAMIIT reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect software updates, statutory amendments, or application store policy changes.
