• Specifications & SOW: All custom development projects are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) agreements. • Post-Delivery Support & Maintenance: Ongoing bug fixes, server updates, and platform compliance updates post-delivery are provided strictly per the agreed AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) or SLA support window.

• Data Controller Responsibility: Partner educational institutions act as the Data Controller responsible for student, parent, and fee data entered into the system. SHAMIIT acts solely as a Data Processor providing cloud software infrastructure.
• Academic & Fee Accuracy: SHAMIIT is not liable for errors in academic marks, attendance records, or fee calculations resulting from incorrect input by school staff or administrators.

7. Kisan Mitra AI Project Advisory Disclaimer

Kisan Mitra AI (km.shamiit.com) provides artificial intelligence agricultural advisory, computer vision leaf disease diagnostics, APMC mandi price trend predictions, and weather alerts.

8. Intellectual Property & MCA Ownership

All brand names, logos, source code, visual UI designs, trade secrets, trademarks, and content on SHAMIIT portals belong exclusively to Shami Innovation and Technologies LLP (LLPIN: ABZ-3395).
