• Student & Academic Data (EduSHAMIIT ERP): Student names, class attendance records, fee payment receipts, parent/guardian contact details, and academic marks submitted by partner schools. SHAMIIT acts strictly as a Data Processor for this information, while the partner school remains the Data Controller.
• Candidate & Career Data (Offcampuscareer): Resumes/CVs, educational credentials, exam scores, internship applications, and interview records submitted on Offcampuscareer portals.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, referring URLs, and cookies collected automatically via analytics and security tools.
• Client Project & Campaign Data: Assets, credentials, and customer lists provided by clients for software engineering, app development, or ad management.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process personal data solely for explicit, lawful purposes:

• To respond to inquiries and provide custom software, mobile app, and SaaS engineering services.
• To operate EduSHAMIIT’s cloud school management functions (attendance, fees, report cards).
• To process internship applications, assessment exams, and placement assistance through Offcampuscareer.

• Meta & Google Ad Platforms: Technical identifiers and pixel data where necessary to execute digital advertising campaigns contracted by clients.
• Partner Educational Institutions: EduSHAMIIT student data is controlled by and accessible only to authorized administrators of the respective partner school.
• Hiring Partners & Employers: Offcampuscareer candidate profiles and test scores shared with recruiting partners with explicit candidate consent for placement.

5. Protection of Children & Minors’ Data (EduSHAMIIT)

Where EduSHAMIIT processes data of students under 18 years of age, SHAMIIT acts strictly as a Data Processor on written instructions from the partner school or educational institution.

• Parental Consent: The partner school is responsible for obtaining necessary parental or guardian consent under the DPDP Act 2023.
• Zero Advertising Use: Student data is strictly isolated and is NEVER used for profiling, targeted advertising, or commercial monetization.
